We recommend using the Google Play Store with your vSeeBox, as it is fully compatible with Android TV and provides access to official apps like Netflix, YouTube TV, and Disney+. For third-party apps not available on the Play Store, you can visit the Market on the Home Page. The vSee Market includes a selection of popular third-party apps for convenient downloading and installation.
On the Home page, go to the first row and select “Settings” or “Apps.” Choose the app(s) you wish to uninstall, and then click “Uninstall.”
The manufacture offer a 1-year warranty on all our set top box. If you encounter any hardware issues, please contact vSeeBox or Minnesota for replacement or repair.
1. If a specific app is lagging or buffering:
• Go to Settings
• Select Apps
• Choose the app (example: Live TV, VOD, Browser, etc.)
• Go to Storage & Cache
• Select Clear Cache • Safe — does not remove logins or settings
(Optional) Select Clear Data
• This resets the app — only use if the app is totally broken
2. Use the built-in Memory Cleanup:
V3 Pro has a simple system-level memory cleaner.
• Go to Settings
• Look for Memory Cleanup or Storage Cleanup
• Run the cleanupNOTE: This removes temporary files and frees RAM.
3. Clear Entire Device Cached Data
If the whole box feels slow:• Go to Settings
• Choose Device Preferences
• Select Storage
• Go to Cached Data
• Click OK to clear all cached files
4. Restart the Box
After clearing cache, it’s recommended to reboot:
• Settings → Device Preferences → Restart
This flushes leftover memory and reloads the system cleanly.
5. Factory Reset (only if nothing else works)
Not recommended unless the box is unusable.
• Settings → Device Preferences → About → Factory Reset
This wipes everything and returns the box to factory state.

This clears temporary files for all apps on the V6 MAX:• Go to Settings
• Select Device Preferences
• Tap Storage
• Scroll to Cached Data
• Select Clear Cached DataThis often fixes lag, buffering, slow menus, and playback issues.
3. Use “Memory Cleanup”
The V6 MAX normally includes a built-in helper:• From the Home screen, look for Memory Cleanup, Speed Booster, or Cleanup Tool
• Run the cleanup to free RAM and clear temporary files(Location varies depending on firmware version, but it’s usually visible on the home screen or under Settings → Device Preferences)
4. Restart the Box
A simple reboot flushes RAM and reloads app services.

5. Factory Reset (last resort)
Only do this if nothing else works:
